Abby Lemke, MS LPC-IT

Abby Lemke, MS, LPC-IT, is a therapist dedicated to supporting women as they navigate their transition to and through parenthood. She supports all women during their postpartum period and has a special passion for helping those who welcome a baby after infertility. Abby understands how complicated it can feel to ask for help, especially after finally welcoming a long‑awaited baby. Her approach is calm, encouraging, and solutions-focused.

Abby offers individual and couples counseling in person in Waunakee and through telehealth sessions. She has training in reproductive mental health, trauma‑informed care, Motivational Interviewing, and Brainspotting. Abby works from a person‑centered approach, believing that clients are the experts on their own lives and supporting them as they build on their strengths. She also brings the perspective of her own experience parenting after infertility and feels truly honored to walk alongside others as they grow their families.
