Cassie Vanderwall, PhD, RDN, CDCES, CPT, FAND
Registered Dietitian, Diabetes Education and Care Specialist, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist

Cassie brings nearly 20 years of experience as a clinical dietitian and certified diabetes
education and care specialist to her role as Senior Director of Strategic Execution at Quartz Health Solutions. She leads complex strategic and improvement opportunities for the
business serving as an advisor to internal and external health care teams, identifying new
opportunities that support clinical quality improvement in the evolving healthcare ecosystem on key initiatives. Cassie builds and nurtures strategic alliances and partnerships to collaboratively executive business strategy and operationalize an innovative care model.

Cassie is also teaching faculty within the University of WI at Madison’s School of Medicine and Public Health. She is passionate about empowering sustainable change on a population level that advances health through equitable, evidence-informed, clinical care.

She has worked throughout Chicago and Madison at various academic medical centers and
community benefit organizations and has also accepted her call to action to be an advocate for improving the health of children and families in Wisconsin. She is also owner of Fuel to Flourish and author of Bump to Baby(ies). Cassie offers Medical Nutrition Therapy, Youth and Adult Fuel to Flourish Group services, Virtual consultation and coaching, In-person and Virtual Mom of Multiples Coffee chats.

The Madison Area Pregnancy & Postpartum Collective is a group of independent providers who offer a variety of professional services to families in the greater-Madison, WI area, with a common goal of increasing visibility of perinatal service options, as well as sharing knowledge across postpartum care providers in order to better serve families in our community. Our members provide support for families welcoming an infant or young child into their home, during pregnancy, and through the extended postpartum period.
