Katie has been in the culinary world professionally for over 6 years, is an herbalist and nature lover. With a BS in Environmental Science, herbalism training through Herb Pharm & Wildwood Institute of Herbalism, and completion of the Full Spectrum Doula Training through BADT (Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings), Katie has a well-rounded holistic approach to food, cooking, healing and care. In her free time, she enjoys long walks with her partner, cuddling with her cat, Pinto, and throwing dinner parties with friends.
