Emily Sperka is a personal chef turned postpartum doula who is passionate about nourishing growing families. Emily founded Cradle with the vision that bringing home your baby should be a time filled with warmth, joy, and a whole lot of delicious food!

 

Trained through MotherTree and inspired from the care she received from her own mother, Emily offers more than just meal delivery. She will prepare you for parenthood with a holistic approach that covers everything from housekeeping to recovery planning.

 

Emily lives in Madison's Atwood neighborhood. When she isn't caring for parents, you can find her working the CSA share at Vitruvian Farms or hiking somewhere along the Ice Age Trail with her family. Want to connect? Say hi here.

The Madison Area Pregnancy & Postpartum Collective is a group of independent providers who offer a variety of professional services to families in the greater-Madison, WI area, with a common goal of increasing visibility of perinatal service options, as well as sharing knowledge across postpartum care providers in order to better serve families in our community. Our members provide support for families welcoming an infant or young child into their home, during pregnancy, and through the extended postpartum period.
