Erin Van Schyndle
Prenatal & Postpartum Yoga, Strength Training, and Running Specialist

Erin Van Schyndle is the owner of Haumea Yoga and a dedicated prenatal and postpartum movement specialist. She supports people through pregnancy, postpartum, and the early parenting years with thoughtful, strength-forward movement that meets bodies where they are. Erin is a certified prenatal yoga instructor, postpartum run coach, and prenatal and postpartum strength trainer. She has additional training in pelvic floor yoga and how to safely return-to-running postpartum. While she is not currently offering doula services, she is also a trained birth doula.

At Haumea, Erin teaches prenatal yoga and baby-friendly barre and mama strong (also baby-friendly). All her classes are designed to build confidence, functional strength, and connection—whether you’re pregnant, newly postpartum, or navigating life with a baby in tow. Her approach blends evidence-based training with compassion, empowering clients to move well, feel strong, and trust their bodies through every season.

Erin also owns Athena's Market, an online and in-person boutique in Sun Prairie that offers thoughtfully curated clothing essentials for pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood.
