Gretchen Becker Crabb, MSE OTR/L CLC IMH-E

Gretchen is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Occupational Therapist, Certified Lactation Counselor, and Infant Mental Health Therapist. She has extensive experience and brings compassion in joining with families with a history of trauma, NICU hospitalizations, lactation/feeding, sensory processing disorder, anxiety, depression, social emotional, and other developmental concerns.

 

 Gretchen specializes in using a unique combination of sensory /reflex integration and other somatic therapies paired with dynamic and strengths-based counseling techniques to support parents/caregivers in pregnancy, postpartum and their children in infancy through early childhood. In addition to her specialized trainings, she is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Infant, Early Childhood and Family Mental Health Capstone Program.  

 

Gretchen approaches her work using a creative and thoughtful framework tailored to the preferences and needs of the individual in the context of their family and community. She provides home, clinic, and telehealth visits within the Madison area.

The Madison Area Pregnancy & Postpartum Collective is a group of independent providers who offer a variety of professional services to families in the greater-Madison, WI area, with a common goal of increasing visibility of perinatal service options, as well as sharing knowledge across postpartum care providers in order to better serve families in our community. Our members provide support for families welcoming an infant or young child into their home, during pregnancy, and through the extended postpartum period.
