Hannah Ethun, LCSW
Psychotherapist

Hannah is a Psychotherapist and a Social Worker, both by nature and education. Hannah views the world and our relationships through the lens of systems and believes our mental health is deeply influenced by our culture, socialization, family of origin, and many other interconnected systems. With this perspective in mind, Hannah takes a down-to-earth approach to therapy, grounded in warmth, humor, and genuine empathy. Her intention is to help you feel empowered, build self trust, and bring more enjoyment and balance to your relationships.

Hannah specializes in working with women experiencing life transitions of parenthood, pregnancy, and postpartum, and individuals navigating grief, other life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. Hannah works with teens (17+), adults, and families and proudly offers an LGBTQIA+ affirming space.

Drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, Hannah’s approaches include Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, Nervous System Education, Polyvagal Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Attachment Theory, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Additionally, she holds a Perinatal Mental Health Certification and offers in-person and virtual therapy.
