Jamie Hawkins (she/her), M.S.

 

Jamie is trained as a postpartum doula through DONA International and has a masters in Human Ecology with a focus on Child and Family Development. She is the owner of Mosaic Postpartum, supporting families in and around the Madison area after the birth or home-bringing of a new baby.

 

In her role as a postpartum doula, she strives to support the whole family in welcoming a new baby into the home. New babies bring big changes and her goal is to ease the transition of a new or growing family. Jamie provides evidence-based and judgement-free care and resources to support families throughout the fourth trimester (0-12 weeks) and beyond. She will work with you to support the creation of a space to nurture the whole family- whatever that looks like to you and your unique family!

 

Jamie believes that postpartum support should be available to all families. She is trained in gender affirming birth work and anti-racist birth support. In addition she offers sliding scale fees upon request.
