I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in supporting women and birthing people through the emotional and psychological transitions of reproductive life. I work with clients across the full spectrum of experiences—from preparing for pregnancy and navigating fertility challenges, to pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and the often-overlooked stages of perimenopause and menopause.

My goal is to provide a warm, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore the complexities of identity, body changes, relationships, and mental health during these pivotal life phases. I understand that each journey is unique and may include joy, grief, uncertainty, and transformation.
