Lexi Bonilla, MSW LCSW
Psychotherapist
Innerbloom Counseling LLC

Lexi Bonilla, LCSW, is a licensed therapist and the founder of Innerbloom Counseling, a virtual therapy practice based in Madison, Wisconsin. Lexi specializes in supporting adults—particularly women—who are navigating body image concerns, disordered eating, perfectionism, and relational wounds, including those that can intensify during pregnancy, postpartum, and major life transitions.

Lexi's approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. She helps clients better understand their protective patterns, build self-trust, and develop a more respectful relationship with their bodies and emotions. Her work is weight-inclusive, anti-diet and human first.

Lexi is especially passionate about supporting clients who feel stuck in cycles of self-criticism, people-pleasing, or control around food and body image, and who are seeking sustainable healing rather than quick fixes. She strives to create a therapeutic space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and deeply attuned to each client’s lived experience.

In addition to individual therapy, Lexi offers workshops and collaborates with local wellness providers to promote body respect, food freedom, and compassionate care for folks.

Lexi offers telehealth therapy to adults across Wisconsin. To learn more or inquire about scheduling a free 20 minute phone consultation head to her website innerbloomcounseling.org or email her at lexi@innerbloomcounseling.org
