You might be navigating a season of change—becoming a parent, exploring your neurodivergent identity, or noticing anxiety or self-doubt in areas of life that once felt steady. Maybe you're asking deeper questions about who you are, what matters to you, and how to care for yourself while caring for others. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and reflective. But even with all that insight, it can feel hard to access self-compassion or find space to process everything you’re holding. You might want to feel more connected to yourself, more grounded in your choices, and more confident in your path forward.

I offer therapy grounded in empathy, authenticity, and connection. I specialize in perinatal mental health, parenting, neurodivergence (autism/ADHD), anxiety, and self-worth. I don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from evidence-based practices, but I also deeply trust the wisdom of lived experience and intuition—both yours and mine.

I believe therapy should feel like a relationship—rooted in trust, presence, and care. Clients often say they feel seen and understood in our work. I bring warmth, curiosity, and steadiness, so you don’t have to carry things alone. If you’re navigating parenting, perinatal changes, or identity shifts, I’d be honored to support you.
