Dr. Michelle Shively has a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UW-Madison. She has completed extensive post graduate training in the specialty of pelvic health including treatment of pelvic pain, bowel and bladder health, abdominal visceral mobilization, pregnancy/postpartum, perimenopause/menopause,  nutrition,  hip and core orthopedics, as well as Pain Reprocessing Therapy.

Michelle combines manual therapies, nervous system regulation, and corrective exercise with tailored education to facilitate foundational change in the body.  Michelle takes a collaborative approach and truly believes the patient knows their body best. Communication along with thorough evaluation is critical to identifying the underlying cause of symptoms. Creating a safe and inviting space for patients to receive such intimate care is a cornerstone of Michelle’s practice. Her holistic and responsive approach ensures individualized care that supports sustained progress throughout life.
