Dr. Molly Scheumann, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Dr. Molly Scheumann, PT, DPT, is a pelvic floor physical therapist, mom of three, and the founder of Very Pelvic — a clinic designed for people who are ready to feel like themselves again after pregnancy, birth, or simply the wear and tear of everyday life. Having navigated pelvic health challenges as a patient herself, Dr. Scheumann brings not only clinical expertise but also personal insight and empathy to her work. She understands what it feels like when your body doesn’t function the way it once did — and how overwhelming it can be to wonder whether things like leaking with a sneeze are simply the new normal (they aren’t).

Dr. Scheumann founded Very Pelvic because she believes pelvic health care should be accessible, preventative, and genuinely helpful. Too often, people are told to “just do some kegels” or are dismissed when they bring up postpartum concerns. Her approach is different: clear guidance, thoughtful care, and real solutions. Whether someone is preparing for birth, newly postpartum, or years beyond their last pregnancy and still dealing with symptoms no one warned them about, she believes it is never too late to seek support.

With years of experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction and teaching other physical therapists how to do the same, Dr. Scheumann blends evidence-based care with practical, real-life strategies and a completely judgment-free environment. She is passionate about education, prevention, and helping people return to the activities they love — without leaking, pain, or fear — so they can feel strong and confident in their bodies before, during, and long after birth.
