Dr. Molly Scheumann, PT, DPT

I’m a pelvic floor physical therapist, mom of three, and founder of Very Pelvic — a clinic built for people who are ready to feel like themselves again after pregnancy, birth, or just… life. As someone who’s walked this path as a patient, I bring empathy and insight — not just textbook know-how. I know what it’s like to feel like your body doesn’t quite work the way it used to — to wonder/dread if peeing a little when you sneeze is just your new normal (spoiler: it doesn’t have to be). I remember the overwhelm. That’s why you’ll get care that truly understands.

I started Very Pelvic because I believe pelvic health care should be accessible, preventative, and actually helpful. Not vague. Not dismissive. Not just “do some kegels and good luck with postpartum.” Whether you're prepping for delivery, freshly postpartum, or years past your last baby and still dealing with things no one warned you about — it is never too late to get help.

With years of experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction and teaching other PTs how to do the same, I bring a mix of evidence-based care, real-life mom strategy, and zero judgment to every session. I’m big on education, big on prevention, and big on getting you back to doing what you love — without leaking, pain, or fear.

Let’s figure this out together — because you deserve to feel good in your body before, during, and long after birth.
