Sara is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Specialist. She has been working as a therapist in Madison for over 10 years and enjoys supporting new parents and couples during the transition to parenthood.

Sara’s approach to counseling is genuine, strength-based, and grounded in family systems theory. She enjoys helping parents who are struggling with perinatal mood or anxiety disorders, supporting couples during their journey to parenthood, providing parenting support, and working with children and adolescents. She also specializes in helping people to process traumatic experiences using TFCBT or Brainspotting. Sara is a trained Gottman Bringing Baby Home Educator and is certified in the Prepare/Enrich program for couples.
