Sarah Lindholm, PT, DPT, MHA

Dr. Sarah Lindholm is a pelvic floor & orthopedic physical therapist with a passion for empowering people through movement. She is the owner of Centered Physical Therapy & Wellness, LLC, a physical therapy practice located in Waunakee, WI.

Dr. Sarah has advanced training in the perinatal population and most enjoys helping individuals connect with their bodies and return to movement in a meaningful and supportive way during and following pregnancy. She utilizes hands-on and movement based treatments, applying a whole-person approach to care. Sarah also has a passion for advocating for body acceptance by taking an eating-disorder informed approach to care and works with individuals to reintegrate movement into their life.
