Victoria Dietz,
Advanced Practice Social Worker, Certified Doula
Victoria is a queer therapist and doula with Lavender & Ivy Wellness LLC, located in Madison,
WI. She is passionate about supporting new and expecting parents throughout pregnancy, birth,
and the postpartum period, as well as providing LGBTQ+-affirming care.
As a therapist, Victoria supports both individuals and couples, specializing in perinatal mental
health, sex and relationships, and neurodivergence. She strives to create a welcoming, safe
space that allows people to be themselves and talk about the hard things in life. Her work is
trauma-informed, rooted in social justice, and guided by respect for each person’s lived
experience. She utilizes DBT, Polyvagal Theory, IFS, and Gottman Method approaches,
depending on your goals for therapy.
In addition to her work as a therapist, Victoria is a certified birth doula through DONA
International and is currently pursuing certification as a postpartum doula. She aims to provide
evidenced-based, empowering support as you navigate this new chapter in your life. Her goal
as a doula is to listen and learn about what matters most to your family, and to help create a
positive birth and postpartum experience.
